New Year Celebration
On 1st January, New Year is welcomed by our employees at different locations of our organization and Corporate Office, Kolkata.
Family Picnic
Picnic is organized at different locations with the advent of New Year. The family members of our employees participate the event. Different games also organized during the picnic for the participants and prizes are awarded for their good performance. Sumptuous breakfast & Lunch is arranged.

Every year on 15th August we celebrate the Independence Day in our factories by hoisting National Flag where all the employees and their family members participate.
Vishwakarma Puja Celebration
Ayodha Puja Celebration
Every Year Ayodha Puja is celebrated at the Bengaluru Factory at Malur. All the staff from Banaswadi office & Malur Factory of Bengaluru assembles together to celebrate the Puja.
Ashtami Puja Celebration
Ashtami Puja is being celebrated at the Vadodara Factory. All the staff and there family assembles together to celebrate the Puja. During the occasion the factory premises is beautifully decorated with Rangolis.
Diwali Celebration
Diwali the “Festival of lights” is celebrated in all units including our corporate office at Kolkata. We worship Lord Ganesha & Goddess Lakshmi. Haldi & Kumkum along with sweets offered to the employees. Lamps are lit to welcome the goddess which is believed to light up the path.
Cultural Activity
Every Year an annual function “Motellian Nite” is celebrated in our Kumardhubi Colony on the occasion of Deepawali to mark a day of illumination & brightness.. This is an in house event involves singing song, dances ,drama etc. where our staff & their family members take active participation followed by dinner.
Christmas Celebration
We celebrate Christmas Eve with our employees at different locations of our organization including at Corporate office, Kolkata. Cakes & sweets are distributed amongst the employees.
Safety Day
On 4th March every year we observe safety day in all units with an objective to create awareness of application of self-protection amongst our employees and also to share our responsibility towards them. Different event viz Safety Slogan, drawing competitions etc. take place at different locations & employees are awarded with prizes for their good performance in the competition.
