Following MSEL equipment cater to above processes in Aggregate Production-

Apron Feeders

These are extensively used to reclaim ROM/ Large Size rocks from Dump Hoppers for primary crushing at quarry end Stone Handling.

Jaw Crushers

These are used as primary crushers in aggregate production. Either Single Toggles or Double Toggle Jaw Crushers are selected based on hardness and mineralogy of stones.

Roll Crushers

Toothed Double Roll Crushers are used as secondary crushers in aggregate plants to crush (-) 25 mm size. Smooth DR Crushers can be used for crushing up to (-) 5mm for soft and medium soft rocks.

Cone Crushers

MSEL has agency agreements with reputed manufacturers to sell these equipment, which are required in tertiary crushing (-30/10 mm) of stones for subsequent reduction to even smaller sizes.

Bucket Elevators

These are used for vertical transport of powdery, small grained bulk materials e.g. raw meal, cement, sand, grits etc.

Conveyor Components

MSEL product range includes all types of drive and non-drive pulleys, and idlers.

Reciprocating Feeders

These are built for high capacity reclamation from surge bins, bunker and hoppers. A wide range of sizes is available in MSEL offerings. Heavy Duty versions with larger drives and heavier pans can be selected for coarse Stones and normal versions for fine Stones.

Rotary Disc Feeders

These are continuous volumetric device reclaiming dry small lumps, coarse, fine grained and powdery material e.g. river bed gravel, sand, alumina etc. from surge bins and hoppers to feed subsequent equipment.

Grizzly Screens/ Feeders

These are used in primary crusher operation in Quarry Mining as scalping screen downstream of the Primary Crusher to separate undersized and oversized Stone. Typical separation is at 80 mm. These are also used as Feeders to reclaim Stone from Hoppers/Bins.

Circular Motion Screens

Also known as CM Screens, these are used to segregate various size fractions in Stone streams. Sometimes used to reduce load on crushers by removing fraction which is already smaller than required size at other times these are used to recirculate oversize fractions from crushed product stream back to crushers. These Screens are available in 1, 2 and 3 decks to get 2, 3 and 4 size fractions respectively. Each size fraction may be requiring different post processing.

Linear Motion Screens

Linear Motion Screens are used for similar applications but in more demanding situations, e.g.-

  • Where the height is limited by surrounding facilities,
  • For the screening of small and short fractions
  • Where required throughput is high.

High Particle Acceleration Screens

These are ideally suited for heavy and very heavy screening applications for fine grain size materials (1 mm to 10 mm) with screening capacities up to 250 metric TPH. The base frame is agitated by means of eccentric shaft drive. The vibration is passed on to the dynamic frame via thrust rubbers.

Screening mats between the inner and outer frame are clamped and flexed by the two vibrating frames. The relative movement of both screening frames creates a “trampoline effect” in the screen mats to create-

  • High acceleration up to 50g in screen mats.
  • Loosening-up and de-agglomeration of the product.

Banana Screens

These are multi-slope vibrating screens, come in single/ two deck configurations and are used in place of Circular Motion Screens when higher capacities (above 400 tph) are to be processed. The angle of deck decreases from feed end to discharge end.

Mobile & Semi-mobile Crushing & Screening Plants

MSEL has a large range of skid mounted and wheel mounted Crushing & Screening plants in various configurations to suit multiplicity of sized products in various capacities catering to production of coarse, medium and fine aggregates and road stratum material.

Dry Mortar Mixing Plants

MSEL-NFLG Dry Mortar Mixing Plants are environment friendly and characterised by High Efficiency, Low Energy Consumption. The range Tower, Ladder and Station configurations covering a production range of 5 t/h to 80 t/h.

Concrete Batching Plants

MSEL-NFLG Concrete Batching Plants are available in in Station and Tower configurations covering production capacity range of 50 t/h to 270 t/h.

Asphalt Mixing Plants

Our offerings in this sector cover mobile plants of 90 to 120 t/h and stationery plants of 80 to 400 t/h production capacities.

Mobile Concrete Mixing Plants

MSEL-NFLG mobile concrete mixing plants are available in 50, 75 and 100 m3/h capacities.

Sand Washing Plant:

We can offer the sand washing plant with the water recovery equipment for the best quality of sand production with conservation of environment. We can offer the customised solution for any size/ capacity as most of the equipment used in this plant ie Thickener, Slurry pump and Filtration System are our regular product.

Stone Cutting and Polishing Plant

We can give total solution for the slurry handling and ETP of the stone industry. We have the slurry pumps for the Grit recirculation, vertical slurry pumps for the water collection/ pumping, settlers, Flocculent dosing system and filter press under one roof.
