Mr.Saikat Ghosh is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries
of India and also a law graduate.He has overall experience of more than 22
years working in listed entities. He is well conversant with company laws, listing
regulations, rules and regulations framed by SEBI, RBI and other regulatory
authorities. He independently leads the secretarial department and also handles
the legal affairs.
